The staff was very very helpful and excellent. the room was fantastic, moreover good sized with sofa. - the location was good and ideal because it was very close to restaurants, and the old town restaurants and tube. We had a great time in Dusseldorf. the hotel was nicely situated along the riverbank. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
